We are delighted to announce an exciting partnership with Cancer Research UK, the Official Charity of Rat Race Events.
Cancer Research UK is the world’s leading charity dedicated to saving lives through cancer research. Their work, funded entirely by the public, is nothing short of ground-breaking. It has meant that cancer survival rates have doubled in the last 40 years.
A message from Cancer Research UK
‘Both Cancer Research UK and Rat Race share a spirit of challenging what is thought to be impossible. But we believe that, by working together, and with the support of our adventurous Rat Race participants, we will beat cancer. Take part in Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest for Cancer Research UK, and we’ll pay part of your entry fee! If you beat Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest and raise £100 for Cancer Research UK through Justgiving, we’ll return £10 of your entry fee to you.’
To raise funds, all you need to do is set up a Justgiving page (which you will prompted on as an option within the Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest entry process). If you have a Justgiving page already, you can link this as part of the process. Raise £100 through this portal and after the event ,we will credit you back a Tenner. Simples! (Please note that refunds will only be made for those raising money for Cancer Research UK.)

The race is on to beat MS…
Around 100,000 people in the UK have MS, 10,500 of these live in Scotland. It affects two million more. We offer hope for the future by investing millions in research, and help for today through our information, support and campaigning.
By running in the Survival of the Fittest for the MS Society, you can help us deliver invaluable services and support groundbreaking research.
We will be with you every step of the way with support and encouragement. We also provide a fundraising pack, running vest or t-shirt and a cheering pack for your friends and family.
It is people like you who help make our job so rewarding. Come join us at the Survival of the Fittest and, together, we can help beat MS. Get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org or 0131 335 4063 and we will give you a code to register online.
